Helix- it's in the Name

The Helix shape (a spiral) is the shape that makes up our DNA; the instructions and building blocks for life. Helix Athletics exists to give positive instruction and provide the building blocks necessary for athletes to achieve their best. We believe that God has endowed our athletes with many gifts and we want to help them actualize them!

The Helix shape is also the shape that nature often chooses for resilience and strength. A shell, for example, is strong and resilient because the helix shape provides structure. In the same way we work to instill a resilient and strong character in all our athletes.
