Private lesson info

Private lessons are set up through individual coaches at this time. If you are interested in private lessons please fill out the Private lesson inquiry form and agree to the private lesson policies.

    Private Lesson Policies 
    Thank you for participating in private lessons at Helix Athletics! Please read the following private lessons policies, as they differ slightly from our regular classes.

    Pricing
    All participants in private lessons are required to have a current annual membership. See office for current annual membership rate. However, if you are currently enrolled in our classes, there is no additional fee. Please note that private lesson prices are set by individual instructors and can vary. The prices listed below are the minimums for Level 1 instructors; higher-level instructors typically charge more.

    30 min: $45 minimum
    45 min: $55 minimum
    60 min: $60 minimum
    60+ min: varies based on instructor.

    Scheduling
    Private lessons are not scheduled through our front office. To set up or cancel appointments, you must contact your instructor directly. Our office staff does not have records of future private lesson appointments and will not be able to answer questions regarding your appointments. You may contact your private lesson instructor using the personal email or phone number they provide to you.
     
    Canceling an appointment
    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact your instructor at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or "no-shows" within 4 hours of the lesson will incur a $20 fee. This fee must be paid before you can schedule any future private lessons.
     
    Signing in and Payment
    When you arrive for your lesson, you must first sign in at the front desk and pay the instructor. The method of payment accepted is up to the instructor; however, most coaches do not take credit cards, so please plan accordingly. 
     
     
    Frequently Asked Questions
     
    Do you offer group private lessons?
     Helix does not offer group private lessons. However, if you have 3 or more individuals who are interested in a regular weekly group lesson, we may be able to open a group class tailored to your needs. (Prices vary based on the size and content of the class. For more information on tailored group classes, please contact Paul at [email protected]).
     
    Can I attend open workout if I take private lessons but not regular classes?
    Anyone who has a current membership and has had a private lesson in the last 30 days may attend open workouts.
